You should aim to apply at least three months before the event start date. We advise you to prepare your documents in advance. You can download the form below to help you get acquainted with the information needed before you start the application.

Submitting the application

We require your event proposal, media plan and the Trade License of your UAE company. Please note there are optional documents that may enhance your application – all listed on the form.

You can review or print your application summary before submitting. You also save the form and come back to it later, or edit your document as necessary, but you will not be able to make any changes once you submit your request.

Once submitted, it will take up to five working days for reviewing your application. You will receive a notification to confirm whether your application was accepted or rejected.

Please note that you can submit another application if your event is rejected for sponsorship &ndash; provided it is still within three months of the event start date.
